Holiday Caramel Apple Wreath
Holiday Apple Wreath
Apple Wreath with salted caramel dip
If you need a fast, festive snack this season, this Holiday Caramel Apple Wreath is one of my favorites to make. It looks beautiful on the table, comes together in minutes, and is always a hit with kids and adults. I use crisp green Granny Smith apples for the “wreath” and a red Honeycrisp apple to create the bow on top — such a simple trick, but it makes the whole plate feel instantly holiday-ready.
One tip that makes a huge difference: soak your sliced apples in a quick salt-water bath (1 teaspoon salt stirred into 4 cups of cold water). Let the slices sit for 5 minutes, rinse well, and pat dry. This keeps them from browning so your wreath stays fresh and bright, even if you prep it a little early.
To serve, add a generous bowl of sea-salt caramel dip in the center of the plate. Kids can grab a slice and dip as they go, and it’s a great alternative to heavier holiday desserts. This wreath also makes the perfect addition to a brunch table, a class party, or a cozy family movie night.
Simple, colorful, and so festive — my favorite kind of holiday snack.
